🎃 Halloween in Bothell: A Sweet Night on Main Street
As the leaves turn golden and the air grows crisp, Bothell is gearing up for one of its most beloved traditions: Trick-or-Treat on Main Street! This year, families from all over the Northshore area are invited to join the fun on October 31st from 5–7 PM, when downtown Bothell transforms into a candy-filled wonderland.
Hosted by the City of Bothell and local businesses, this free event offers a safe, spirited way for kids to celebrate Halloween. More than 30 storefronts and booths will be handing out treats, with festive decorations, costumed volunteers, and even appearances from Bothell’s Fire, Police, Parks, and Public Works teams. It’s a night where community pride and childhood joy go hand in hand.
Whether your little ones are dressed as superheroes, pumpkins, or pint-sized pirates, they’ll find plenty of smiles—and sweets—along Main Street and 101st Ave NE. Don’t forget to bring a bucket or bag for candy collection, and keep an eye out for photo ops with city vehicles and spooky backdrops!
Parking is available at Bothell City Hall Garage, city street parking, and the gravel lot at Park at Bothell Landing.
Learn more about the event by visiting the City of Bothell’s website.
⚾ Looking Ahead: NGSSA’s 2026 Season & How You Can Help
While Halloween brings the fun of costumes and candy, it also marks the beginning of planning season for Northshore Girls Slowpitch Softball Association (NGSSA). We’re already preparing for an exciting 2026 season filled with teamwork, growth, and unforgettable memories on the field.
NGSSA is proud to offer inclusive, community-driven softball programs for girls ages 5–18 across the Northshore area. Our mission is to build confidence, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships through the game—and we couldn’t do it without the support of local businesses and community members.
If you’re looking for a meaningful way to give back, consider becoming a sponsor for the upcoming season. We offer several sponsorship levels to match your impact and visibility goals:
- Sponsor-a-Player: Provide a scholarship for one girl who might not otherwise be able to join us for the season.
- Bronze Level: Support a full team and help cover uniforms, equipment, and field time.
- Silver Level: Help us host tournaments that bring players and families together from across the region.
- Gold Level: Back our All-Star teams as they represent NGSSA in competitive play.
- Platinum Level: Become a league-wide sponsor and help us grow the game for every girl in our program.
Every sponsorship helps us keep softball accessible, safe, and fun for all. To learn more or sign up, visit ngssa.org/sponsors or reach out to our team directly.
From Main Street to the softball field, Bothell’s youth are at the heart of everything we do. Wishing you a safe and magical Halloween from all of us at NGSSA! 🧡
